I’m Irene Pernice, a REALTOR® with Plum Tree Realty and the founder of PSL Homes For Sale. I created this website to be more than just a place to search for homes. My goal is to provide buyers, sellers, homeowners, and people considering a move to the Treasure Coast with useful local real estate information they can actually understand and use.
Licensed in Florida since 2021, I work with clients throughout Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Martin County, and Palm Beach County. I enjoy guiding people through the real estate process, whether they are buying their first home, selling a longtime property, relocating to the area, exploring new construction, or simply trying to make sense of current market conditions.
My approach is centered on clear communication, honest guidance, and education. Real estate decisions can involve a lot of moving parts, and I believe clients should feel informed rather than pressured. I take the time to explain the process, answer questions, discuss options, and help clients make decisions that fit their individual situation.
I hold the SFR® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification through the National Association of REALTORS® and have also completed additional training in real estate negotiation. That training supports the work I do with pricing discussions, offers, counteroffers, inspection negotiations, and other situations where strong communication and strategy matter.
Through PSL Homes For Sale, I share local market updates, buyer and seller resources, relocation information, neighborhood insights, and information about living in Port St. Lucie and the surrounding Treasure Coast communities. I want the site to be a resource people can return to whether they are ready to make a move today or simply want to stay connected to the local market.
Before entering real estate, I spent 15 years working in education, and that experience continues to shape the way I work with clients today. I enjoy breaking down complex information, answering questions, and helping people feel more confident about the decisions they’re making.
That same passion for education is also why I host live webinars on real estate topics for buyers, sellers, and homeowners.
